Workish taskers are typically ages 14–21. If a teen is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit consent before the teen can accept jobs.

I consent to my teen participating in the Workish pilot and accepting tasks through the platform. I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Required: I consent to receiving communications regarding my teen’s bookings (e.g., scheduling, safety, and updates).

This form is for the Workish Northern Virginia pilot. We store consent records securely and will only use them for onboarding and pilot operations.
